🚨ATTENTION CLIENTS🚨

First I want to tell each and every one of you how much you mean to me!! I have made many friendships over the last 20 years and I am so grateful. I truly love you all!!!

A year ago, bc of Covid, they shut a lot of businesses down and I admit that was a very dark time for me and my family. God truly took care of us. During this time God opened my eyes more than ever and I believe He wanted me to slow down and see what I let just pass me by. Which is My family.

With all this being said I will be making some changes to my schedule effective May 1st. I will only be working TWO Saturdays a month and only two nights a week. These times will be first come first serve. I pray you will all understand and work with me. I don’t mind doing a couple days with 6:30am appts also if some would be interested.

NEW HOURS🚨
Tues - 8:00am -8:30pm
Wed - 6:30am-6:30pm
Thurs- 8:00-8:30pm
Fri - 6:30am - 5:00pm
Sat- (every other) 7:00am-2:00pm

I know this may not be convenient for everyone and I do apologize. Again thank you for all you do and hope to see you all soon! ♥️♥️

Attn all clients!!!! If you have an appointment scheduled before Christmas, please remember if you cancel, it will be January before you will be able to get back in! My schedule is very tight and with all the restrictions I won’t be able to squeeze anyone in before! Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and can’t wait to see you all!!!

Hey everyone!!! Just wanted to let everyone know that I will be making some changes on Saturday appts!!! Starting October 1st I will only work on Saturday’s from 6am-12. I will work every Saturday with the exception of the first Saturday of the month. Saturday appts are limited so they will fill up fast! I will still work Tuesday - Friday also. Working late two nights a week. Again later appts are limited so please if you have an appt, remember if you cancel it, then to reschedule would make you a few weeks out. Thank you all and hope everyone has had a wonderful summer!!!

Wow!! What a week!!! I do appreciate everyone’s patience.
Marlaina and I are trying hard to get everyone in. Remember we have been out for 8 WEEKS!! So we have ALOT of appointments to fit in and we are only aloud one customer at a time!!!! Please understand that we are doing our best to try to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. I am only one person and have a family at home also 😜 but I know we all want our hair done quickly!

So excited for our reopening at the salon Tuesday, May 26. A lot of you have reached out to me and I will be calling you all tomorrow to reschedule. PLEASE try to be patient and remember there are about 8 weeks of missed appts that need rescheduling and I am only one person. 😜

NEW SALON PROTOCOL:

1. ALL appointments will be one on one only. Please do NOT bring anyone with you to your appt. That includes your children. Only those receiving service will be allowed inside.

2. PLEASE bring your face mask! If you do not have one, we will have some you may purchase.

3. When you arrive, remain in your car. call or text and let us know you are there. We will let you know when we are ready for you to come inside.

4. Your temperature will be taken as you enter salon. If you have been sick or any symptoms, we ask that you please reschedule your appt.

5. Upon entering, you must go straight to restroom and wash your hands. We will also have hand sanitizer for you to use during your time with us.

6. At checkout , if you would like product , we will assist in getting it for you.

7. We will be taking time between clients to sanitize. That includes everything that you will come in contact with.

Due to these changes costing us more time and money, as well as inflation of cost of supplies, I will be reassessing all of my pricing at this time. This will account for new appointment timing necessary, sanitation expenses, equipment, masks, etc , that must now be maintained to keep the salon a safe and healthy environment.

IF you are making changes in color/cuts, please let us know when we speak with you so that we can make sure to have plenty of time scheduled for your appt.

ATTN CLIENTS!!!

After watching the governor today, he announced that they would make an announcement midweek about if we are allowed to move into Phase2. IF WE ARE ALLOWED, I will be contacting you all that already had missed appts the end of this week to schedule. I know everyone is anxious, as I am myself. I will be working extra hours and starting early morning trying to accommodate. I HOPE to be talking to you the end of this week!

I am just as excited as you and very hopeful for a possible salon reopening this month.

We are using this time to prepare for a safe and smooth environment. We will be In touch with our clients as soon as we are able to move forward with booking appointments. Please try to be patient with us during this difficult time. I do plan to go back to the appts that have already been missed (in order).

Attn ALL CLIENTS!!!

The email I received today from NC Board of cosmetic Arts states that our order is scheduled to end on April 30, however Gov Cooper is suppose to address wether that will be extended or if we can go back to work. It is suppose to be addressed this week. They say they will email us and let us know ASAP! My hopes are to be able to open back up for May 1st. I will keep you all updated as I find out more information! Can’t wait to see you all SOON!!! Miss you all! ♥️
