We have officially hit the “BER” months. Do you know what that means? It is time to make sure your holiday appointments are scheduled.

A couple things to keep in mind …

•the holiday season fills up incredibly fast, last minute appointments are not easy to accommodate.

•reaching out to your stylist directly does not mean a faster response time… Each and every one of our stylists has set salon hours, and we value their work life balance. If your stylist does not respond to you, please understand that their family time is important too. It is important for our stylists to have the time to recharge on their days off so that they can provide you with the very best version of themselves during their Salon days.

•please be intentional with your holiday booking, your stylist WILL be enforcing the cancellation policy. We understand that life happens, but please be conscious of providing ample notice when needing to cancel or reschedule.
