A few basic tips for healthier hair...

○ Use a shampoo that's right for your hair type

○ Don't rub your hair with a towel. This can add stress to the hair and cause breakage. Instead, squeeze the hair and allow the towel to absorb excess water.

○ Use a mask or deep conditioner 1x a month

○ Always use a heat protectant spray before applying any heat to the hair.

○ Avoid washing your hair daily. This strips the scalp of its natural moisture and may contribute to dry and brittle hair.

○ Use a light weight leave-in conditioner if the ends feel like it needs some extra love and attention
