September is a month of transition—and so is this season of my life.

For years, you’ve watched me build My J Nailz, own and operate a salon, lead a team, mentor beauty professionals, serve my community, and grow beyond the nail table.

I’m proud of everything I built—but now, I’m redefining what success looks like for me.

This season is about transitioning from salon owner with a team back to solopreneurship. Not because I’m going backward, but because I’m making an intentional decision to create a business and life that better support the woman I am becoming.

I’m choosing:

✨ More time and presence as a mom
✨ A business that gives me greater freedom and flexibility
✨ Space to continue mentoring, speaking, and serving
✨ Time to prioritize my health and rediscover my fitness journey
✨ Room to rest, grow, evolve, and simply be Jazmine

I’m learning that elevation doesn’t always mean expanding. Sometimes it means simplifying. Sometimes it means releasing what no longer fits. And sometimes the biggest boss move you can make is choosing yourself.

I’m Jazmine J.—a Nail Design Architect, Business Strategist, Entrepreneur, Mentor, Speaker, Community Leader, mom, and a woman intentionally creating her next chapter.

I still love beauty.
I still believe in building profitable businesses.
I still believe in community and impact.

But now, I’m also committed to showing the real journey—the business pivots, motherhood, wellness, fitness, balance, and becoming the woman behind the brand.

This is not a step backward. It’s a transition into a life that feels more aligned, more intentional, and more like me.
