So this week I took the time to enjoy Holy Week and reflect on scriptures each day this week.

Many may not know but I grew up a Jehovahs Witness, and I didn’t grow up celebrating Easter or Holidays.

Fast forward to now, each day this week Harmony and I were talking about Easter and how she is so excited about the upcoming coming Easter events. But I appreciate Holy Week because it gave me the opportunity to share with her the importance of what Easter is really about.

The fact that Jesus died for us so that we can speak with God freely and openly and have a relationship with God. Jesus did so much while he was on earth that was good, and he was loving, graceful and caring. It’s our job to reflect on what God allowed his son Jesus to do for us, so that we can have the opportunity to pray and speak with God at any given time. I shared this with her, and let her know to always thank God for what he has done for you.

So with all the hustle and bustle of Easter activities. Remember that God is with you and he loves you and he wants you to know that he is always there for you.
