To my Modere friends… my heart is with you right now. 🙏🏼

I know so many of you woke up to a reality you didn’t see coming. No heads-up. No time to prepare. Just… gone. And I can’t imagine how heavy that must feel.

You have poured your time, energy, and heart into building something meaningful, only to have it taken away in an instant, without warning. That kind of loss is hard to put into words.

Please know: it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, hurt, and uncertain. It’s okay to grieve. This is a loss — and your emotions are valid.

But also remember this—
What you built didn’t disappear — you built it. And that means the skills, the resilience, the relationships, the impact… they’re still yours.

You’re not starting from scratch — you’re starting from strength.

Sometimes life shakes things up not to break us, but to redirect us. Maybe this is the opening to something even better — even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.

Take the time you need. Lean on your people. And when you’re ready, you’ll rise — because that’s who you are.
