Listen. See all this gold. It had to come off. So I threw on our detox charcoal face mask to do the deed. Look at all the white bubbles, that’s it pulling out the remnants of the gold paint. It also burned as it pulled it out 😂

Forgiveness. ⁣

It seems so simple. Yet so many people resist the act of forgiveness. I’ve heard so many people say that certain people don’t deserve forgiveness. ⁣
⁣
When you don’t forgive someone it hurts you more than it hurts them. Holding on to the hurt or pain someone caused you allows you to live in the pain. It’s doesn’t serve you to hold on to it because they don’t “deserve” forgiveness. ⁣
⁣
More importantly when you hold on to the pain, you’re not forgiving yourself. Many times this seems the hardest to do because you don’t think you deserve forgiveness. You do. Everyone does. ⁣

Saying the ancient art of Ho’oponono will help you. Practice by saying it, with your hand over your heart, over and over to yourself. Forgive yourself. Then you can look someone in their eyes and say it several times to them. Make sure you say it with meaning on each line so that it’s sincere otherwise it won’t have the healing effect.
