🌊 The Recovery Room at Sleeping Waters Wellness is officially OPEN!

I created this space to give our community more ways to intentionally slow down, breathe, recover and support their overall wellness — whether you’re an athlete, a busy parent, dealing with seasonal respiratory irritation, working a physically demanding job, or simply feeling like your body needs some extra care.

Inside the Recovery Room you’ll find:

🌬️ Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) — microscopic pharmaceutical-grade salt is dispersed into the air while you relax. Halotherapy is used to support respiratory wellness, comfortable breathing and healthy skin, making it a wonderful addition to a seasonal wellness routine.

☀️ Red Light Therapy — supports cellular function, circulation, skin health, muscle recovery and the body’s natural inflammatory response.

🔥 Infrared Sauna — relaxing infrared heat supports circulation, muscle recovery, relaxation and stress reduction.

❄️ Cold Plunge + Contrast Therapy — alternating heat and cold creates an entirely different recovery experience and can be especially helpful after training or physically demanding days.

And I really wanted this space to be accessible to families. 💙

🌬️ KIDS BREATHE FREE!
For our 20-minute halotherapy-only sessions, one child under 18 can join their paying parent or legal guardian at no additional charge.

Bring a book, listen to music, talk about your day or simply sit together and breathe. There’s nothing your child needs to “do” during the session.

You also don’t have to book the whole Recovery Room experience. Choose what fits you:
