Hello!
I enjoyed the yellow bath bomb for my inflammation this morning in a nice hot bath. Soaked for about 20 mins and then rinsed off. I noticed a sense of body relaxation within 10 mins of hopping out of the bath.

Then about 2 hours later I started sweating profusely like I was running out this toxic illness.
I went from plugged up sinuses to having to blow my nose every 10 mins as I was clearing out.
In the meantime I have taken my immune boosting frequency drops every couple hours and rubbing the lung and immune oil all over.
The roller works very well on my chest.
