Body Temple

Swimming is great therapy for most of us. It's also less expensive, even to go two or three times a week, than most people's insurance co-pay's.

This is my latest offering. The True North Journal is something I have practiced for myself for decades. It's a great tool for looking at the past year, the upcoming year and checking in to see if we are aligned with our True North. Happy New Year!

This is a good activity for ourselves as well as comparing results with a partner and friends. It's great for people who are in life transitions or who are just wanting to make sure that they are following their own True North and on the path that aligns with their core values.

I created and Estate Executor Kit--after having to sort through loved ones' estates during an already challenging time. I kept thinking how much easier it would have been if everything had been clearly organized and written down ahead of time.
I originally created the kit for my own family, step by step, to make things simpler for those who have to handle those responsibilities. After seeing how helpful it was for myself, I decided to share it with others in hopes it can bring a little peace of mind during a difficult season.
If you have ever thought, :I should really get my affairs organized," this kit is a practical place to start.
This is a really great thing to share with others.
Available now in my Etsy shop.
