Shift Wellness Collective

Grateful to for inviting me to lead a workshop for the incredible women of Wieden!!

To everyone who showed up with openness and vulnerability — thank you.

These conversations aren’t always easy, but they’re the ones that change us🙌🏼

When we name our doubts and challenge the stories holding us back, we create space for confidence, rest, and growth.

Empowering women in this way is some of the most fulfilling work I get to do, and I’m honored to be part of it🥹

Here’s to more conversations that remind us of our worth and help us fully own it🫶🏼 💫 🌀🌈

And a HUGE thank you to so many of my favorite brands that went above and beyond for our top-notch bags🙏🏼me mushrooms

PS - put your phone on grayscale before bed and thank me later :)
