Do you have problems breathing when the seasons change like I do? Well I would suggest using breathe doterra drops they are strong to help clear your nose. it’s like when you was a kid and had Vicks on your chest but it’s in like a cough drop form now. Anytime I have alittle nose issue I pop one of these things in my mouth and it clears it right up before it has a chance to develop anything further. I highly recommend these!! Also they gave breathe in the essential oil if you would prefer that.

Have you tried doterra’s ONGUARD throat drops? If not your really missing out they help so much with a sore throat. They even help with the immune system and best part THEY ARE ALL NATURAL! 😮 nothing artificial is added I prefer these over any other cough drops let me know if you would like some. With it being cold and flu season these are a must! Also they have ONGUARD in an essential oil form that is edible or can be diffused “both” are fine if you prefer that.
