What I find myself thinking about when things become overwhelming and I feel tired, is, are the tasks really that difficult or is my mind just over stimulated and/or my body over worked? Is my head in the wrong place? Do I have too much on my plate?🤷🏻
Sometimes, I just need is to pause…
Chill out. Move my body. Get sleep. Eat something. Chat with a friend.
And sometimes I need to fully disengage and go away to a different place.
All this to remind me why I started what I started and to keep making progress.

Sometimes opportunities don’t come a knocking, sometimes it’s doing the work and being the creator of opportunities.
In my journey with education, I wanted a haircutting curriculum that helped simplify the process, empowering hairdressers to be able to take on any haircut with absolute confidence.
Hairdressing made easy was born! Patience, perseverance and practice. Start creating the opportunities you’re looking for!
Tuesday Tips 💡
Branding builds mindshare. When people see a color, hear a sound, smell a fragrance you want them to think of your brand. In turn, you want them to think of you when it comes to opportunities and partnerships.
Branding is both tangible and intangible. There is something there they can feel, touch, smell and see. Then there is something that makes people feel.
