MARIA GIALLANZA is HIRING!

We are currently seeking hair stylists and assistants to join our growing staff. All candidates must be driven, passionate, and hard-working. The Maria Giallanza Salon commits itself to creating a kind and clean working environment. Candidates are expected to showcase their reliability, honesty, and cleanliness. In addition, chosen candidates will be paid on salary, not on commission.

Stylists must:
Have an already existing clientele base
Have a valid cosmetology license in the state of Ohio
Be proficient in modern shampooing, haircuts, styling, coloring
Maintain cleanliness of the salon
Have strong customer service skills to enhance the salon experience
Maintain high professional standards of service, appearance, and behavior
Have excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

Assistants must:
Be looking to become a stylist in the future (valid cosmetology license in the state of Ohio or looking to obtain one)
Maintain cleanliness of the salon
Have strong customer service skills to enhance the salon experience
Maintain high professional standards of service, appearance, and behavior
Have excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Be willing to shampoo clients
Have proficient computer skills
