I’ve been working on getting all my massage products into reusable, clean, low‑plastic setups — and it’s finally coming together.

Most of my oils are now in glass pour bottles that can be gently warmed, and my Sweet Feet lymphatic cream is made fresh with castor oil and natural ingredients, then stored in a jar I can wash and refill for each new batch.

I even found a castor oil company that sells their oil in a glass pump bottle… and it literally says so right on the label, which made me laugh 😆

Slowly but surely, my whole shelf is becoming more sustainable, refillable, and aligned with the natural approach I love bringing into every service.

Dental surgery round one is done, so if I sound a little funny during your visit, that’s why! I ended up having an infection in my mandible, so I had to get some dental work done. I’ll be healing for the next couple of months until I can get to my next set of dental work and finish all this up. To keep swelling down (and stay on my health journey), I treated myself to a smoothie bowl from Great Day Juice Company — no granola for me yet!

Technology is wonderful… until it decides not to be 😅

Recently, our booking system started charging deposits for everyone, even returning clients. It’s only supposed to charge a 50% deposit for first-time visitors, so if you’ve been in before — especially anytime since we switched to Vagaro last October — you should be able to book normally again. It took a couple of calls to Vagaro to get this sorted out, so thank you for your patience and understanding 💛.

I truly apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

I’m fully booked for the rest of this month, but I still have openings in September.
