In the spring I reimagined a pre-existing service to go deeper into the energetic work I love to bring forward in my sessions. The Body & Soul sessions have been resonating with a handful of you in a beautiful way. I am just now officially “announcing” this service online, but some of you have found it with no invitation.

I love offering the Body & Soul sessions, because we get to dive deeper. We have the time and space to connect with your physical and energetic body. Oracle card pulls, mindful conversation, intentional body work, and essential oil blends all wrapped into one session. This is different than traditional massage, this is energetic work with therapeutic touch added as a support.
