Hello folks! I am accepting new clients in my practice for the first time in quite some time. Please text or call me (please don’t message here) with any questions. I specialize in medical massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and integrative stretch and movement. I’m happy to consult over the phone before an appointment. Happy Spring!

Hello clients and friends! I just wanted to send my love and care to you all and remind you to stay centered and grounded and don’t forget your self care. Go for a walk, take a bath, cook a beautiful meal, read a great book, draw, write, Netflix, STRETCH and do some yoga. Breath deeply. Breathe in calm energy and breathe out useless tension and negativity. I’m here if you need me!
