I am a Hairstylist, Loctition, & Nail Tech. I Am Also A Seamoss & Healing Box Distributor. Currently Unless I did the PRIOR service.

APPOINTMENTS ONLY, I DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS

All my appointments are first come first serve with a $25 deposit fee (NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE) The deposit does go towards your total service cost as well. IF you need to cancel your appointment, deposits are still NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule, you are required to pay the $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit again for a different appointment time.
*I WILL NOT HOLD APPOINTMENT TIMES WITHOUT A DEPOSIT (via cashapp: $kauenebey or Applepay) Or we can make arrangements for cash deposits. NAILS: Need be BARE, meaning no acrylic, no polish, no product whatsoever! If you fail to remove old product ( THAT IS NOT DONE BY ME ) your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule. Another $25 deposit will be required when you reschedule . HAIR (for braids or faux locs): PLEASE come with your hair washed, blow dried && free of ALL products ( no oil, no leave in conditioners, ect.) HEAT protectant is fine to use when blow drying your hair. This is for all styles EXCEPT LOC RETWIST ONLY! LOC RETWIST: PLEASE come with your hair clean! You do not have to wash it the day of your appointment, but if you have not washed your hair in at LEAST 14 days prior to your appointment, you need to book for a washing with your retwist, or wash your hair prior to your appointment. If your hair is too dirty to manage , i will cancel your appointment & we will need to reschedule. Another $25 deposit will be required when you reschedule. YOU CANNOT BRING SOMEONE WITH YOU UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED, ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN! MASK IS REQUIRED DURING FULL DURATION OF SERVICE.

Starting February 2023 .. listed below are things I will be heavily enforcing .

YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK AT LEAST 48HRS IN ADVANCE.

I have about 7 jobs , on top of being a mom , & showing up for myself .. please allow me enough time to prepare for your appointment 🤍.

If you cannot book 48HRS in advance there is a $35 squeeze in fee on top of total for service .

Same day appts are $50 on top of total for service .

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Your $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT , is due at the time of booking . You will have 1hr to send the deposit or the appointment time will still be available for booking . NO EXCEPTIONS .

Late fees will apply! 10min-$15 late fee . 15min late-Reschedule with another $25 deposit . No Call No Show- BANNED FROM BOOKING . NO EXCEPTIONS !

If I am more than 45min late for your appt , I will deduct from your tab for the inconvenience.

DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA BODIES (KIDS INCLUDED) TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH OUT MY PERMISSION ! I DO NOT HAVE A WAITING AREA FOR OTHER GUESTS !

NO LAST MINUTE CHANGES TO SERVICES ! I will do what was agreed upon or I will charge you for the change .

This is my business .. so no matter how close we are , no matter how cool we are , no matter our title , RESPECT MY BUSINESS .
