Any Michaelis supporters should go to "Ron Michaelis for Business Manager" page and share it on their own FB home page. It will help get the word out to all our brothers and sisters.

It seems visitor's comments are posted to the left rather than in the normal time line. It also seems like there isn't anything that can be done about that, unless you comment on one of the time line posts. Looks like an inherent Facebook glitch.

OK, let's start the BS....this is a page for all kind of ideas, complaints, compliments, etc. Brainstorming is encouraged. We'd like to go back to the way the local and the brotherhood used to be. I've seen people almost get in fist fights on the floor at a union meeting and then be laughing and drinking together at the local pub an hour later. It was more like a family, and you knew your brother had your back no matter how much your political opinions differed. We need more input from the body then just at a union meeting, although that remains the best place to take your complaints and problems, hopefully this will help achieve that goal. This page will promote local 153 and unionism in general. It will also serve as a sounding board for the issues the members feel deeply about. ALL will be treated with respect and no opinion or idea will be regarded as too radical to be considered. I was only able to invite people from my friends list to this page, but all members past or present are welcome and will be added to the people allowed to see/post to this page. So tell your friends, by text, message or word of mouth. I would like to keep it closed to union people (mostly 153 members) but any unionists will be considered.
