The best Mother’s Day gift I could have given myself was crossing the stage on May 7th to receive my Associate Degree in Accounting. 🎓💙
As a first-generation college student and the first person in my family to earn a degree, this moment means more than words can express. I hope my journey serves as an inspiration to my children, nieces, and nephews—that no matter what challenges life may bring, with perseverance, dedication, and faith, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
Balancing life as a full-time employee, full-time student, and full-time mother was not easy, but it proved that what seems impossible can become possible with determination and hard work.
I am deeply grateful to my family for their unwavering love and support throughout this journey. Thank you also to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to celebrate this special milestone with me.
