Saturday I’m at the down town South Bend location 9:15am, Tuesday at 5:45pm and Friday at 10am you can find me in Granger.

🍁Beacon Health and Fitness members: tomorrow my Pilates mat class will be Halloween themed! Music, costumes, tricks and treats to all that attend! We will be in the group fitness room. Come dressed up in a costume you can move in. 🦇 Don’t leave me hangin’ 🦇😁🍁

Making some time to practice 2 moves I don’t usually teach before going into one of my favorite Pilates moves, Saw. The first exercise is Open Leg Rocker and the second exercise is Corkscrew. I’m still participating in so I’m going for participation, not perfection. 😉 Guest appearance by my son. 😋

A little “feet in straps frogger” feels sooooo nice! Hopefully the video doesn’t make you dizzy 🥴 But it does show 2 different angles. From the side - long torso and stable pelvic. From the the straight on angle- feet in Pilates V and knees in line as the hips are externally rotated out. With the feet being flexed, you can feel this move thighs👉toes. Off the Reformer you’ll be able to engage your lower re**us abdominal more.
Sharing a video of myself on the Pilates Reformer. This year I’m planning to start sharing a little more about the Reformer. Here I’m prancing away with 3 red springs. This helps knee and ankle alignment, pelvic stability and coordination. But it’s one of those fun Pilates moves that makes me smile! Have fun with your fitness!

Just had a great "snow themed" class downtown South Bend! Loved celebrating with them!! Did something a little different and played a game in class. Man! It ended up being so tough on our abs!! Now we can go forth and better conquer our day and Christmas festivities!

Woop woop! 🙌🏻 Got the Refomer 1 packet in the mail. This means in March I'll be ready to go to Indy to continue my pilates training and "finally" start teaching on the reformer for Beacon Health and Fitness. 😃 Love my workplace ❤️ And speaking of them, I have some free passes to BHF in Granger and South Bend. Let me know if you're interested in trying the facility out. This Saturday in South Bend at 9:15 (on the gym) I'm hosting a special "Winter Themed" Pilates class. Wear/bring your favorite scarf, hat, sweater...the whole 9 yards and group picture afterwards! I miss group workout pictures!! Because BHF is connected to the Hospital, forms for pictures have to be signed ....it's a whole big deal. So I am stoked to finally have pictures of the members, having fun in my class. 😁❄️🎉

Success! Sickness has kept us away from getting our tree until now. I'm so glad we stuck with tradition and waited until we were all feeling better to pick out and cut down our own tree. It just wouldn't seem like Christmas tree without our annual tree hunt. 🌲Oh what fun! 🎶🎅🏻

🤔😂This morning I went to get some peanut butter powder for my yogurt and found this. The cocoa butter was lovingly put away by my hubby 😘. I'll have to tell him it's not edible and it's um, actually lotion. 🙈
