Part-Time Guest Care Coordinator (Front Desk)

Do you love connecting with people and creating exceptional experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and positive Guest Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of Stephen & Burns, where guests and team members feel right at home.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized, and love making someone’s day a little brighter, we’d love to meet you!

Schedule:
• Must be available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

What You’ll Do:

Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine smile
Answer phones and help guests schedule appointments
Check guests in and out, process payments, and rebook future visits
Keep the front desk running smoothly and organized
Support our stylists and team to create an exceptional guest experience

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly, upbeat, and loves working with people
Organized and able to multitask with confidence
Comfortable learning computer and scheduling systems
Reliable, proactive, and enjoys being part of a team.
Experienced in customer service (preferred, but not required)
