To provide the best experience for all clients and keep appointments running smoothly, please review the following before reaching out:
✨ All service descriptions, pricing, availability, package options, booking policies, and FAQs are available on the website.
✨ If you’re unsure which facial to book, please select one of the New Client services. Your skin will be assessed during your consultation, and your treatment plan will be customized based on your needs.
✨ I do not accept same-day appointments. All appointments must be booked in advance through the website.
✨ A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments.
✨ Payment is due at the time of service.
✨ The booking website always reflects the most current availability. Appointment times can change quickly and may no longer be available by the time messages are exchanged.
If you experience a technical issue while booking online, please send:
• First & Last Name

• Exact Service Requested
• Preferred Date & Time
Messages such as “Hey girl,” “Can you get me in?” or “I’m free all week” do not provide enough information for immediate scheduling assistance and may result in delays.
⏰ Please remember that I am often with clients, performing treatments, or assisting other clients and may not be able to answer calls or messages immediately.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
• A card on file is required for all appointments and may be charged according to the booking policy for late cancellations, no-shows, and unpaid balances.
• Reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• No-shows will be charged according to the booking policy.
• Clients who no-show or repeatedly fail to honor appointment commitments may no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
When an appointment is canceled last minute or missed entirely, that appointment time cannot always be filled and prevents another client from booking services. As a small business owner, mother, and provider, I rely on scheduled appointments to operate my business and support my family.
