Something I've been LOVING seeing lately? 🥹🪷

More of my regular bodywork clients are starting to build my spa services into their regular rotation.

By no means am I a chiropractor, and I do 𝗡𝗢𝗧 perform adjustments. But as tight muscles begin to relax and the body moves more freely during bodywork, sometimes those natural pops and cracks happen on their own.

“I think I got taller...” 😂

That’s what one of my collegiate athletes told me after his first 120-minute Signature Therapeutic Bodywork session.

He followed it up by telling me he actually hit his head on the roof of his car when he sat down afterward. 😂

And while massage doesn’t magically make you grow taller, there IS a reason you may genuinely feel taller or more upright after bodywork.

Chronically tight or shortened muscles can affect posture and how your body carries itself, especially with repetitive movement, intense training, sitting, and everyday life.

Through focused bodywork, stretching, passive range of motion, and work throughout the lumbar and cervical regions, we can reduce some of those muscular restrictions and help the body settle into a more natural, upright posture.

We’re not “adding” height. We’re addressing some of the tension and restriction that may have been keeping your body from fully lengthening and moving comfortably.

So when you get off my table and say, “I swear I feel taller”…

There might actually be a reason. 😉💪🏻
