PLANKSGIVING Bent Dog Yoga. We broke the record baby. I held 20:15 second plank coming in right behind Ba(she had 20:17). Yes, that’s 20 min! You can do anything you set your mind to. Congrats to Jody Hart who finished with us. Hope you all have a very happy thanksgiving. I’m holding 30 min next year!!
