One year ago today I graduated from Paul Mitchell with my Master Esthetics license!

From pie eating contests to watching water pour into Taylors car, I made so many fun memories during my year at Paul Mitchell.

In the year since I graduated I started up my own business and moved it down to Salt Lake! It’s been a huge learning curve and I’ve connected with so many fun people along the way. I hope to continue meeting new faces and growing my little salon!

Welcome to Looks By Brook! Here’s a little about me and what I do! I’ve included a few fun facts, fact #5 might shock you!!

I’m Brook, and my cute furry sidekick is Daisy.
I graduated with my Master Esthetics license in December of 2021, and have been specializing in lashes and brows since!

I absolutely love creating quality sets, and my main focus is on keeping your natural lashes healthy. My goal for my business is to expand into other services, and grow into a salon with employees under me.

Some fun facts:
1. I have a cute boyfriend named Chase, he’s so supportive and I couldn’t ask for a better friend.

2. I’ve worked in bear lake for the past 6 summers! …and yet I’ve never learned how to wakeboard or ski 🙃

3. My hobbies include cooking, reading, puzzles, and annoying my giant fluffball of a cat.

4. I hate coffee but love this one specific drink from Dutch bros… I’ll share it in case you want to bring me some during our appointment 👀🫶🏻 (Iced or hot Hazelnut truffle mocha with white coffee and soft top - if you try it let me know what you think!)

5. I can grow better facial hair than Chase 🥸 Check out the last picture for proof…

Getting the hang of this whole Facebook thing! I'm completely unfamiliar with how to use facebook, let alone a facebook business page! Instagram has always been my go-to. So ignore any mistakes you see and send me some advice if you have any! 😁

A little up close snapshot of a lash fan ✨

Fans are 2+ lash extensions glued together to create this triangular shape. They are used to create a fuller look.

I offer three types of lashes: classic, hybrid, and volume. I add these special little fans to hybrid and volume sets to give them that fuller appearance! Because of the extra skill needed to use fans, hybrid and volume sets cost more than classic.
