I’ve been seeing some conversations around heat + dehydration during whitening, so I wanted to get his take.

He explained it really simply:
yes, you can feel temporary sensitivity during whitening, but that’s just the pulp responding, not being damaged.

It’s short-term. Not harmful.

Life update: I’m a mom.. well a dog mom🥹🫶

I’ve always wanted my own dog, and I found her! She has been an absolute DREAM. 😭

Every time I pick her up she rests her head on my chest 💞 and doesn’t move..

When I leave I turn on ocean waves, put her in the crate, turn on a fan and she is out for 3 hours! Like how?!?

She has been the sweetest addition to my life 💞 it’s been so fun having her.
