But extensions don’t have to have negative consequences.
From start to finish, your extension install should be comfortable and relaxing… NOT painful.
The way hair extensions are installed truly matter, and if you’re looking for a quick & inexpensive option… to be honest, it’s not going to be something you want long term.

If you can’t put them up into a ponytail from day one… that’s not a great sign 😬
Especially if the actual process doesn’t feel good or is painful… yikes.

When people ask me what they should do to blend their grays, I always tell them…
It depends!
Do you want to still feel like a brunette if you’re naturally brunette? Do you want to be more blonde? Or do you want to be lighter but with a cooler tone?
It also depends on the percentage of grays you have and what your goal is. With knowing those 2 things, it is up to me to decide what the best techniques are best to achieve your goals! 🙌
