Let me fill you in on two little secrets 🤫 …. #1 “Annual” touch up’s aren’t real! 🤪😆🙈 Everyone will fade differently based on a plethora of things. You should be faded by 40% or more to even consider retouching your brows. Use sunscreen and keep them moisturized and stretch those babies out for years!
Secret #2, Getting your brows done will not replace your makeup entirely. Once healed the brows will soften and there is no way for PMU to give you the look that your makeup will give you since your makeup sits on top of your skin. They will however make your life A LOT easier and your makeup time wayyyy faster.
Tip: remember to wipe your foundation off your brows or they won’t be noticeable 🫶🏼

✅ AVOID frequent touch ups (this client was going in every 6-9 months for a “color boost”) 🤯 Not her fault though, she was just following her previous artists instructions.

—When your brows are fading, your brow pencil will become your long lost friend again. Use the fading as your outline and continue to let them fade out. PMU is LOW maintenance not NO maintenance ♥️

✅ If you have light brow hair and want dark brows TINTING is better. Also opt for a powder brow and you can get away with a shade or two darker than your natural hair.

—PMU will not change the color of your brow hair, you will always see your natural hair shade lying over the top of the work.

Ummmmm ok!! 😍 These turned out even better in person and the pictures don’t do these babies justice. She went from no brows to WOW brows in just one session which was phenomenal.
I know I recently chatted about changing someone’s brow shape entirely. These were one of those scenarios where her natural brow was growing below the brow bone and never would I ever want to reinforce a shape that would ultimately close off the eye and leave an unflattering result. Another reason both my client and I were comfortable with raising her tail of her brow was because she did have hair there, it was just incredibly fine and hard to see and she was comfortable with the maintenance of waxing/plucking off the hair that grew in lower (which was also very light and sparse) still leaving her with minimum maintenance.

Her goal was to have a full brow with a nice soft arch and I think I was able to deliver on this one 😎👊🏼
Her stunning blue eyes are now properly framed 🔥💙🔥
