The sun emits rays that are extremely detrimental to our skin, known as UV rays. There are two categories:
⚡️ UVA (aging rays) these pe*****te deeply, causing premature aging
⚡️UVB (burning rays) these are responsible for producing sunburn
Wearing an SPF (minimum of 15) can significantly reduce your risk for skin cancer, premature aging, and protect your skin barrier! You should be wearing sunscreen EVERYDAY- even in the winter❄️✨🧴☀️
