My story of doing hair Begins when I was in middle school. I had switched schools and was in my "awkward stage". So I was obviously the new kid.
I switched schools and suddenly found myself in a school where everyone had grown up together and knew each other. I wouldn't say I felt accepted at the time. My mom could tell that I was feeling down so We went to the hair salon and had a girls day. I remember I had requested the "Hilary Duff hair cut". That hair cut made me feel so Amazing. When I went back to School, People began to notice me,

What's custom hair extensions?
Well it's when your hair extension artist uses multiple methods of extensions to create the safest and best color matching install for your hair.
Not one head of hair is the same in color or thickness.
Often times we have multiple thicknesses all over our head and each one needs a different type of extension to be installed safely.

Keratin bonds are the most customizable hair extension. They are also known as a K-tip. The keratin bond is made of Italian resin, keratin and silicone. Keratin is the natural protein that are hair already has. To attach, the bond is heated then rolled onto the natural hair. These are the most customizable extensions because they can be made into large or small bonds to be disguised best for different areas of your hair. They are a individual bond, which means we may select more colors to be able to achieve the perfect blend for your hair. Keratin bonds require no move ups, yet they will need a tidy up hair cut on the bonds. They can last from 3-6 months depending on hair growth and how thick or thin your individual hair strands are. We use Bellami Hair for the best quality extensions for our guests.

Foundation vs foundation..... idk about you but I know which one id rather have.
The one on the left is creating tension alopecia, it’s not clean, you can see where the hair that was sewn on to is super thin and you can see lots of wefts that have been stacked on top. ••••••••••••••••••• The one on the right is clean and uses the clients hair to support the weft. The beads are simply there to lock in the hair and density so we have something great to sew on that will stay thick and support the weft till we move it up, making your natural hair safe and secure! This foundation is called the safest method there is.

Hair extensions don’t always have to be for length. I had this beautiful woman come to me and say I have alopecia only in this spot and I am tired of hiding it and being ashamed of it. She was constantly trying to style her hair to hide it and as soon as the wind would blow you could see it. The solution was to install hair extensions over the area on to the healthy hair so that it could cover the area. She no longer has to worry about anything showing. She can walk out side confidently and know her hair looks great.

To install I used a foundation and a volume weft. I used this method and this hair to create the highest coverage with the most safety for her hair that it is attached too.

Before and after! I always love to know why someone wants hair extensions in the first place. Sometimes its breakage, sometimes it’s to add color and sometimes it’s that they have never felt beautiful with short hair. I love being apart of the transformation. I love seeing the end result of the extensions and seeing how happy they feel once they see them selves with long hair. For me I have hair extensions because I don’t feel myself with short hair. I am certain I was meant to have long hair but my hair just won’t grow to it.

Hair extension customization.... this photo is proof that it’s so important to know multiple methods so that you can customize. The photo on the left is new hair with wefts only. You can see that there is a large disconnect. The photo on the right is wefts plus individual hair extensions to fill in the hair line. You can see the difference it makes to be able to do two methods on one head. The individuals complete the look making a smooth transition into the back of the hair where the wefts live. And this is before cutting any of it so this is just the rough draft.
