Dear Clients,

To support the collective goal, I have decided to pause in person sessions until further notice.

I want to stay connected as much as possible and offer what I can from afar. During this time away I will be setting up a healing space in my home to offer distance healing sessions, and potentially video calls for guided meditation/stretching sessions. This is obviously a very stressful time for everyone, and in order to integrate our new normal it's important to keep the mind and body as aligned as possible. I will post again when I have all the details figured out!

I truly hope you and your families stay well through this scary time. I thank you all so much for the love and support you've shown me, through the years and especially now. Know that I'll miss you and look forward to getting you back on my table! ✨
