Excited to share that I will be doing a seminar at EA Fitness and Performance and at my massage practice ZEN Coast Massage located with in the EA Wellness Center. Looking forward to share with EA members how massage can help aid in their recovery post work, how massage can improve their overall health and wellbeing and how massage can prevent injuries and the general the benefits of massage beyond the gym.
