We loved the overall tone, but she felt that the face frame was too drastic for her. So we quickly popped in 3 lowlights and that did the job.
⏱️ It processed for 10 minutes and we just wiped it off, sprayed it with water and continued the blowout.

Client feels too light at a level 5/6 tone yet the inspiration pictures were at a level 6/7.
This is why inspiration pictures are simply that, it is not possible to create an exact replica on a different head of hair. Think; different lengths, hair textures, hair density, natural tone, amount of gray, previous color history, level of pigment in the hair, etc.
Sometimes what we like in a picture just doesn’t translate when we see it on ourselves which is exactly why I like to show the face frame before we do a full blowout. That gives my client the opportunity to request any adjustments in that moment.

Here is a QUICK way to add DIMENSION into your copper & red heads. Wet Balayage blends so quickly and easily, all with your hands 🙌🏼 Have you tried applying and blending with your hands?
📍Formula
Shadow Root: 6.4 + 5 vol
Mid lengths: 8.44 + 7.47 + 30 vol
Toner: 10.3 + 8.73 + .03

Even with professional dye, it’s not guaranteed that you will have an even lift. Especially if you colored your hair DARK, it could be more difficult to remove.
Either we can do an all over color remover, or we do Teasylights and tone based on the darkest part of the lift.
If we do a color remover all over, that can turn into quite a color correction since we now have to do lowlights and highlights and use different toners to even everything out.

And suddenly our uneven lift is making a whole lot of sense 😮‍💨
