After 25 years, I am here to announce that I have past the torch along and retired.. As of Monday May 1st Salon LaRue will be changing hands. New Owner Abigale Ballerino owner of Cheeky Hair Studios Weymouth will be taking over. I wish her all the same success throughout her years as I did mine!! Although this decision weighs heavy on my heart, it truly was a child to me, this decision is the right one. It's time for the Salon to spread new wings. Life takes you in many different directions, mine certainly has, but life does continue. It's been an honor and I couldn't be more excited for it to fly! That being said, I want to THANK my staff first and foremost past and present for your many years of devotion. Without you all I don't know what I would have done. I love each and everyone of you. To Salon LaRue clients THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I will miss all those smiling faces. It has been a pleasure serving and the community. When one door closes another one opens. The signs are everywhere and I especially want to thank Sean LaRue who guides me everyday. 💕 Best of Luck Abby I can't wait to see your future soar. Remember foils 4ever ❤

Salon LaRue Update: We will open our doors on June 1st. This will give us time to clean and prep the salon for the new guidelines put in place. Distributors are still laid off. Orders are backed up for product. Preparation needs to happen to keep Safety first.
SO, as a salon owner, we will have our own phases in conjunction with Governor Bakers as outlined on what i will deem...

"A Slow Roll" at Salon LaRue. Pre phase will be preparing the salon to open cleaning and getting things in order and yes we do need time.. Phase 1 will consist of opening the salon as of June 1st. It will consist of limited hours, limited hairdressers, limited product and limited amounts of people in the Salon. Phase 2 will begin on June 15th as we begin to allow for more hours, more inventory and more time. Phase 3 will start the end of June as we will keep to social distancing and open more hours. We will keep adjusting as necessary.

Safety of my staff and their families are first and foremost and of course to our clientele. Please remember noones hair is more important than keeping all our staff safe. There is alot of anxiety as we discussed this today with a 3 hour Zoom meeting and talks with our regular distributors, concerns and safety. As eager as we all are ..it does not come without hesitation. Please bare with us as we begin to step our toes in the water for YOU ALL. With that said..I'm asking you ALL to remember as much as your hair is important my staff and others are too. Be patient .. Be kind. We will get to you all. Salon L aRue will officially close it's doors Saturday 3/21/2020 at 6pm until we can officially reopen. Thank you all for your continued support as we make our way through this journey together

Salon LaRue starting Tuesday will stagger clients and leave spacing as to keep the number of people in the shop low. . We have continued to bleach and wash all stations and are continuing to practice safe and sanitary ways. Please if you are feeling sick or have any flu like symptoms please cancel any appointments. Everyone stay safe out there.
