With Thanksgiving and Small business Saturday having just passed, I've had the opportunity to reflect on what I'm thankful for. It's cheesy, but to put it quite simply, I'm thankful for you.

I'm thankful for each and every one of you who has sat in my chair, trusted me, and supported me along the way.

I wouldn't be where I am today or able to do what I love without you.

To prevent burnout, and give myself the space to rest and recharge I'm logging off Saturday afternoon until Monday night going forward.

This allows me to fill my own cup up so that I can create amazing results for you when it's your turn to sit in my chair and receive some self care!
