With the encouragement of many of my massage clientele and a fantastic mentor, the last couple of years I expanded my knowledge of healing the mind body and soul. I became a Certified Life Coach, and Reiki Healer. The past year I’ve been really honing my skill set to create something I am so proud of. I’m ending 2022 offering my first ever workshop that combines Meditation, Journaling, Alignment Coaching and Reiki. Hope to see some of you there!
