Venus Spa & Salon

✨ WE’RE GROWING — JOIN THE VENUS TEAM! ✨

Venus Skincare Spa is currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in beautiful Downtown Southern Pines.

Our front desk is so much more than a reception area—it is the first impression of the Venus experience. We are looking for a polished, personable, dependable, and highly organized professional who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands the importance of exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is warm and welcoming, communicates professionally, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable multitasking in a busy spa environment. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, brings positive energy to the workplace, and understands that even the smallest details can make a client feel special and cared for.

✨ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a client-focused environment
• Comfortable answering phones, assisting clients, scheduling, and supporting daily front desk operations
• A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, spa, and wellness is a wonderful plus!

This is a part-time position, approximately 2–4 days per week, with scheduling based around our regular spa hours.

We are looking for someone who isn’t simply searching for a job, but who would truly enjoy becoming part of the Venus team and culture and helping us continue to provide the elevated, personal experience our clients have come to know and love.
