There are no words. Just naturally light AF hair and foiled perfection. When talent & nature collide, you get a blonde bombshell.
This was achievable because she’s naturally a level 8/9. She booked my mega highlight which also gave me the freedom to pack in as many foils as I could & tip out her ends. Raw lift. Clear gloss. 🙌🏻
When I was an assistant we would always chuckle about one of the old school stylists & his bowl of bleach sitting behind the shampoo bowls waiting to be applied to his clients’ hairlines. “The Lewis Special” walked, so the Scandinavian hairline could run.
I will preach to every baby stylist how important it is to assist. You learned textbook in school but you learn real hair, real situations, and from decades of experience as an assistant. Trends come & go, and usually cycle back (and here we all are foiling to the root again)- never take for granted what you can learn from a seasoned stylist!
