ASSESSMENT MATTERS. 🤍

At the beginning of every body contouring journey, we take the time to assess your body, tissue, goals, and areas of concern before creating your treatment plan.

Body contouring is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not be what your body needs. Your treatments should be customized throughout your journey based on how your body responds and the results we’re working toward. That’s why you book based on the body part rather than a tool.

We don’t believe in putting every client through the exact same routine or using the same tools every session.

Different bodies. Different needs. Different treatment plans.

4 MONTHS POSTPARTUM. ONLY 3 SESSIONS IN.

And we haven’t even touched her back.

Our focus has been strictly on the stomach + sides, yet you can already see a noticeable difference throughout her entire midsection, including the appearance of her back and waist.

She’s officially halfway through her 6-session body contouring journey and will be continuing for another 3.

Progress update coming after session 6.

6 sessions of arm contouring targeting inner arm loose skin.

The changes are subtle, but that’s the reality of non-surgical body contouring. We used radio frequency throughout her treatments to help improve skin firmness, texture, and the overall appearance of laxity in the arms.

Not every result has to be dramatic to be a good result. With skin tightening especially, consistency matters and changes happen gradually over time.

WHY? ⬇️

Different lymphatic techniques are designed for different goals.

Medical MLD → gentle, clinical techniques commonly used for conditions involving swelling or lymphatic dysfunction.

Post-op lymphatic → specifically adapted for the healing process after surgery and may focus on managing post-surgical swelling.

Brazilian lymphatic → a more aesthetic-focused technique that combines lymphatic stimulation with faster, more dynamic movements and body-sculpting techniques to help reduce temporary fluid retention while enhancing the body’s natural contours.

And sometimes… it’s not really lymphatic drainage.

Some services are advertised as “lymphatic” because they use tools or machines that can temporarily move fluid, create compression, suction, vibration, or stimulate circulation. But a machine doing the work is not automatically the same as a practitioner performing a true hands-on lymphatic technique.

Things like vacuum therapy, compression, vibration plates, wood tools, rollers, or other devices may be incorporated into a treatment, and they can absolutely have a purpose, but using a tool does not automatically make the treatment lymphatic drainage.

That’s why you should ask:
Is the lymphatic portion hands-on? What technique are you trained in? How much of the session is actually lymphatic work? What is the goal of the treatment?

The name of the service may be the same. The treatment is not.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage 🤍

Not all lymphatic treatments are the same. Brazilian lymphatic is an aesthetic-focused technique designed to help reduce fluid retention, support lymphatic flow, and work with the body’s natural shape.

It is different from post-op lymphatic care, medical lymphatic drainage, and other lymphatic techniques each has its own purpose, pressure, stroke pattern, and approach.

My focus is on intentional technique, fluid movement, and helping the body feel less heavy, less puffy, and more comfortable, without making the treatment only about looking “skinny.”

3 sessions | Subtle, but noticeable progress.

The arms can be one of the more stubborn areas to treat because concerns often involve a combination of localized fat + skin laxity, rather than just one or the other.

With only 3 sessions, we’re not expecting a dramatic transformation. What we are looking for are gradual changes in the overall shape, firmness, and appearance of the area.

Every body responds differently, and factors like skin elasticity, body composition, lifestyle, age, and consistency can all influence how quickly results develop.

For arms especially, patience + consistency matter. Subtle progress is still progress; and this is only session 3. Typically we recommend 3-6 sessions to start.

The “C-section shelf” isn’t always just loose skin or stubborn fat.

After a C-section, scar tissue and adhesions can create restriction around the incision, causing the tissue above the scar to fold or overhang. Pregnancy can also leave behind skin laxity and changes within the abdominal wall.

Our treatments focus on supporting tissue mobility, lymphatic flow, circulation and skin tightening to help improve the overall appearance and texture of the lower abdomen.
