Ombré set done for a VERY nervous client. 🤣 Just like any luxury procedure, PMU requires a ton of patience and trust. You should ONLY go to artists who are familiar with all skin types, needle types, and color mixing.

Expect to have a bit of brow shock directly after the procedure. VERY NORMAL. Expect to be nervous upon arrival. Expect to be nervous during the healing process. All of these feelings are normal. For most, a second session is not necessary ONLY IF your artist@knows how to saturate YOUR SKIN TYPE, which varies from client to client. This is a very personalized procedure. Everyone’s immediate result will be different. Why? Because we strive to ensure your healed results (whether it be one or two sessions) are ideal and meet your expectations. •

Y’all wanna talk about cover ups? 👀👇🏽

Cover ups can be very tricky. This client in particular had microblading done a few years back by a different artist. Her INK was very faded; however, her SCAR TISSUE was very much so present. •

Regardless of how faded the old work is, it is important to notify your artist AHEAD of time if you’ve had previous work. •
•
•
Working over scar tissue can be quite tedious, and requires a skillset that will not overly traumatize the skin any further than it already is. •
•

•
During my trainings we talk in depth about how to do color corrections and cover ups; however, I DO NOT RECOMMEND any of my students to begin cover ups of ANY SORT until they have at least SIX MONTHS of CONSISTENT experience with actual clients. •

🚨 R E M O V A L 🚨 Did you know we offer saline removal here at LYS Ink? 🧐😨 What is saline removal you might ask? Saline removal is a technique in which a saline solution, made with citrus seed extracts, is implanted into the skin. Once implanted, the solution draws the pigment out of the skin through osmosis. Number of sessions needed to remove previous ink vary from client to client for many factors. Saline removal is best for those who wish to remove ink in a way that does not leave behind scar tissue (unlike laser removal).

This client in particular is shown immediately after the first session (TOP) and then healed after the second session (BOTTOM).
•
