So, let's talk about what actually happened. First and foremost, you found me, schedule your consultation, we agreed on a establishment date and we moved forward with your Sisterlocks establishment. You were in fact satisfied with your establishment. The day of your follow up appointment which is included in your Sisterlocks package so there was no charge for your follow up appointment. The slippage at that appointment was due to the fact that you shampooed your hair 4 times in 3wks which I told you was excessive and not necessary. Your reason for shampooing that much was "I'm not dirty". You then got bothered because I couldn't give you a certain amount of braids you should put in your hair to braid and band when I told you your braids were too big. Your slippage was a little excessive because of the amount of times you shampooed your hair in the first 3wks. But I fixed it. Your first retightening which was $185 was a success with no issues. Before your second appointment, you did in fact reach out about slippage and like I told you, what you described to me was normal slippage. Not one time did you tell me that your hair was coming down. When you scheduled your second retightening, you chose to pay for that appointment in full. When you came for your second appointment, I assessed your hair, I asked you what happened and you instantly got defensive. You felt I was trying to shame you and I apologize for making you feel that way because that was not my intent. After telling me you took pictures to document your journey, I asked you "what pictures did you send me? Because you didn't send me one". Had you sent me any pictures the problem would have been resolved the same way I thought it was already resolved before this refund request and review. After telling you how much it would cost to fix this, before moving forward, I asked you if you were ok with cost and you said "Yes". Now you're requesting a refund for services rendered. Not to mention because I had to reschedule the client I had after you because it took me 6hrs to fix your hair. You paid me with no issues. I also suggested and schedule you to come in 3wks so that I could check your hair so this problem wouldn't happen again. Now 2wks after your appointment, you want a refund because you're unsatisfied with service. When all you had to do is not move forward with that appointment. I told you, I take my job serious, I do not play with peoples money and I didn't play with yours. I can't fault you for feeling the way you feel but you can't act like the victim without taking accountability for self. I have proof that your Sisterlocks establishment was a success. I have proof of what your hair looked like the last time you were here. Thank you for the review and I was wish the best on your continued journey because as you already know, you are no longer a client of LaniLocks.
