Today will officially be the last time I address the reason anyone is overdue. READ YOUR POLICY BEFORE SIGNING IT and if you need a copy of what you signed, just let me know. I refuse to keep doing this. Clients are 100% responsible for their schedule(s). The disrespect and constant explaining of why one is overdue is beyond me.
