Swedish
Swedish massage is the most common form of massage offered. It incorporates long, gliding strokes with firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, improve circulation, ease muscle aches and improve flexibility.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage with more intense pressure aimed at the deeper tissue structures. It also has a focus on releasing chronic muscle tension not relieved by Swedish massage.

Pre-Natal

Shanon has been practicing Massage therapy for almost 14 years. She gives a great Swedish massage , but deep tissue is her specialty. Shanon is also a reiki master. Erin's modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, sports and pre-natal. Rachel has been practicing massage for over 6 years. Her specialty's are deep tissue, sports, trigger point and pre-natal . I’m open seven days a week from 9 to 9 located at 10 Mile and Greenfield. I have an office suite and I do all kinds of massage. It’s 140 an hour. Please text me the day and time you’re looking for and I will try to accommodate you. Thank you.
