One of the most memorable experiences from my trip to Italy was walking through the ancient baths of Pompeii. Standing in spaces where people gathered, rested, healed, and connected nearly 2,000 years ago was incredibly moving.

It reminded me that while the world has changed in countless ways, our need to slow down, care for ourselves, and find moments of peace has remained the same.

As I walked through these beautifully preserved baths, I couldn’t help but think about our own Bathhouse at Hush. While separated by centuries, the intention feels remarkably similar—a place to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the simple ritual of wellness.
