An open letter to all the moms. 💌

Today, as I celebrate my daughter Gia’s birthday, I’m reminded of one of the most important lessons motherhood has taught me….the power of showing our daughters what it looks like to take care of ourselves.

For years, I thought being a good mom meant giving everything I had to everyone else. But I’ve learned that when we constantly pour from an empty cup, we’re not showing our kids love…. we’re showing them exhaustion. And that’s not what I want Gia to learn from me.

Our daughters are watching. They see how we speak to ourselves, how we prioritize (or postpone) our own care, and how we balance life’s chaos with grace. They learn that it’s okay to rest, to feel beautiful, to invest in themselves — when they see us do it first. 💕

So to every mom reading this: taking care of yourself isn’t selfish! it’s necessary! You deserve to feel confident, refreshed, and proud of the woman you are, not just the mom you’ve become.

And if you don’t know where to start, I’m here to help you on your self-care journey — whether that’s in my chair, through conversation, or simply by reminding you that you matter too. 💇‍♀️💖
