Dear Clients,

I just wanted to take a moment to go over my late policy.

My appts are 30 min time blocks.
If you’re 10 min late, we can skip shampoo and style and still do a haircut.

After 15 min late, I can no longer do a full haircut - at most I can, edge your neckline, ears and sideburns or you can reschedule the appt. You are charged for my time block and will be required to pay for the appt after your first “freebie” (late/missed) appt. I understand things happen but I’m also running a business. Please be respectful of my other clients time and of my time.
