We’re welcoming Lindsey Petrangelo, APRN, CPT of Inspire Wellness Co. into Fern Hollow for an intimate, small group class where she’ll walk you through the connection between gut health, inflammation, metabolism, and how it all ties back to how you feel day to day. This is a space to learn, ask questions, and start understanding what your body might be trying to tell you.

We’re opening the doors at Fern Hollow for an intimate, tea-style gathering where you can learn, ask questions, and explore a more holistic approach to allergies and sensitivities.
Shoshana Wirth, RN and Holistic Allergy Practitioner of Allergy Relief Care, will be joining us to walk you through how allergies and food reactions show up in the body—and how a gentle, clinically proven approach called Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT) can help bring things back into balance.
This is a space to get curious, feel supported, and reconnect with your body in a more grounded way.
