My darling daughter told me the other night that everyone compliments this other girl at school but never her. I told her that she is so beautiful and she said well mom, others might not think the same as you. 😭 I wanted to cry thinking about how my 6 year old is already having self esteem issues. How?? So sad. So today we did her hair cute like a clover ☘️ She said she got like 5 compliments! So thankful that she felt good about herself. It’s a good reminder to me how important it is to say nice things to others AND it’s important that I not tear myself down. I need to be a good example to her on how to love yourself ❤️

It could be from having a baby or it could be from isolation—maybe both? How many of you have gone more “natural” in your daily routine? I have had a lot of clients say they don’t wear as much makeup if any at all and they let their hair air dry—no heat! I have definitely stopped doing it all! I need to show you how to get the most out of your hair 🤞

I had a good hair day! I’ve been trying to wash my hair every other day instead of every day. It’s been almost 4 months and it’s actually gotten easier! I also did a s**ggy hair cut last November—I rarely use heat on my hair because I can let it air dry and the natural waves can now do their thing. It’s been great! Now I need to fill in my roots but not today! Thanks for the hair cut inspiration
