For anyone interested, these are the snacks that I had on my Blendfresh clinicals, and this is the best price I find for them... Clinicals... How did I do?

Clinicals... How did I do? So November 4th was my final weigh in for the Blendfresh clinicals. I really tried hard the last month to make sure that I didn't cheat. At the beginning of October, someone on the Facebook group had posted that she wanted to set a goal to not cheat at all, and wanted to have others join. The deal was that if we cheated we had to post it to the entire Facebook group. [ 563 more words. ]

Coming soon...! Details on my Blendfresh Clinicals. Just wanted to let you know that it has been going great, and in a little over 2 months I have lost 17+ pounds! Couldn't be happier, and here is to hoping that this last 1/2 month will rock!

If you are struggling with a recipe for Blendfresh, here is a great one that we used at the last event we did.

Apple Splash Smoothie:
* 2 cups Apple Juice
* 1/2 banana
* 1 slice of fresh pineapple
* 1 scoop Blendfresh Color (Red, Orange, or Purple work best)
* 1/2 scoop Blendfresh Vanilla Protein
* 1/2 tsp Blendfresh Probiotic OR 1 tsp Blendfresh Fiber

I also sprinkled Blendfresh Green on my eggs. I was worried about taste, but was presently surprised. Granted, I haven't done a whole scoop. It probably equaled 1/2 - 1 tsp.

I love Blendfresh Red in my yogurt! I put an entire scoop in this one. It also works well on Ice Cream! Not exactly the healthiest, but Ice Cream with Blendfresh is healthier than Ice Cream without Blendfresh, right? :)

I have put Blendfresh into my chili. It was after it was cooked. I also put it in my taco meat. I just do it with the one serving I will be eating, that way I can heat up left-overs and add it each time.

Anyway, these are just a few ideas. Hope they help!
