HORMONES play a HUGE part in your skin. The pictures on the left side are from May 24th, the day before my daughters first birthday.

Lol, I must have taken these pictures after looking at myself in the mirror & thought to myself “I’ve got to get my s**t together”🥴 I had recently went through a miscarriage, going through gallbladder issues (at the time I was waiting on the surgery to be done), my husband had just deployed, and moving back to AL while my husband is away. I miss him dearly..

After a few visits to the doctor.. I found out my thyroid levels were low! Umm hello that is why I was a wreck.. 😅
& on top of it I was doing the bare minimum skincare routine because I felt so exhausted daily.

TODAY the pictures on the right side- I have been doing daily skincare & have been taking thyroid medication for 3 months now. My mood & energy has been much better allowing me to take better care of myself again. Gallbladder has been removed & no issues. My hormones are more regulated & my skin is much more clear. It feels good to feel good again. Women are strong souls 🥹❤️ 🦋
